INTERLACS is a Congolese mining company headquartered in Kinshasa, the capital of the Democratic Republic of the Congo. The company has been active in the DRC since 1953.
History and Development : Originally, INTERLACS specialized in the cement value chain. It successively operated under the names Cimenterie d’Albertville (1953), Ciment-Lacs (1964), and finally INTERLACS since 1981. Following the takeover by GROUPE TAVERNE SARL in 2017, INTERLACS underwent a major transformation by expanding into the mining sector.
