00239/CAB.MIN/MINES/01/2025 of May 2, 2025. The original Research Permit 15182, granted on February 22, 2022 and valid until February 21, 2027, had been issued pursuant to Ministerial Decree No. 00396/CAB.MIN/MINES/01/2021 of November 1, 2021. This conversion into an Exploitation Permit marks the successful completion of the exploration phase and the transition to the commercial development of this promising gold deposit.

The map highlights the 72 squares of the permit, located at the heart of Mwenga and bordered by adjacent permits 15188, 15190, 1557, and 1575, as well as zones such as Shabunda and Walungu.
